It focuses on practical, hands-on workplace preparation and builds on the topics and materials from Foundations to help participants quickly gain the skills and confidence they need to secure employment. This option is best suited for organizations that already have workforce programs in place, as it spends less time on personal development and processing, focusing instead on accelerated skill-building and job readiness.
