REWORKED operates as an integrated workforce model that understands workforce development gets people a job, while workforce advocacy helps ensure they can keep the job and grow in it. By connecting training to real employer expectations, REWORKED focuses on the everyday habits and skills that actually matter at work, while supporting fair-chance hiring and smooth reentry.

Participants learn in a respectful, accountable, trauma-informed environment—building reliability, clear communication, emotional regulation, sound decision-making, and professional presence.

We also remain connected to the broader workforce system, collaborating with employers, workforce boards, courts, treatment providers, and community organizations to create real, accessible pathways into employment.
