Founder and Principal Consultant, Jennifer McKinney, is a mentor and workforce advocate who draws on both successes and setbacks to help people see their own experiences as strengths. She leads with candor and respect, holding people accountable while helping them grow with confidence and clarity. Jennifer has held senior leadership positions in workforce development, recovery housing, supporting individuals experiencing homelessness, and programs for women survivors of trauma, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the barriers people face and how to overcome them. Her work also helps organizations in building cultures where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered.

 

She is the author of Lord, They’re Really Tryin’ Me: A 14-Day Devotional for Christian Women Struggling in the Workplace and Her Story, His Glory and serves on the Corporate Board of Directors for the Anne Arundel Workforce Development Corporation.
